I added some Mrs. Dash table blend, Cavender's, and Smoked Pepper. When it was all said and done - it looked pretty dang tasty.
I added fresh basil and served this with a side salad. The side salad was fine but something was off with the potatoes. Maybe I am still just getting used to zucchini and it's a whole "mind over matter" thing. Maybe it was delicious and I am just picky?? Maybe this is wishful thinking ;)
