Green Rainbow Juice

I don't think there is much explanation or direction needed in juicing other than wash it, and juice it. It's really pretty basic. Here was what we concocted for tonight's green juice:

Rainbow Swiss Chard, Baby Kale, Celery, Parsley, Lemon & Green Apple. 

I don't do much measuring anymore. I just try to balance my veggies and fruit. Swiss Chard has a robust, bold flavor and the lemon is essential in balancing out a green juice, IMHO. 

If you've never watched Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead, I HIGHLY suggest it. As you've probably already realized, I am a huge fan of health documentaries on Netflix. There are TONS of great ones. What is your favorite Green Juice recipe? CHEERS! 💚
