The recipe calls for 1-1/2 scoops Chocolate Shakeology (I missed the 1/2 part and only used 1, it still tasted fine) and as for the Almond Milk, I always buy unsweetened almond milk for lower calories and I buy vanilla for the flavor. These are just my preferences. Here is the recipe as I fixed it:
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 ripe avocado
1 large banana
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
Throw all of your ingredients into a blender until smooth. Add more almond milk if it is too thick. Pour into four small dessert bowls and refrigerate for an hour.
Garnish suggestions are: chopped pecans, chia seeds, or walnuts
Another delicious Shakeology concoction I tried last week was not (IMHO) as good as the pudding, but I wouldn't hesitate to make it again. It was tart and tangy and sweet all at the same time! Everyone's taste buds are different so I definitely suggest giving it a whirl!
1 scoop of Strawberry Shakeology
1 5oz container of plain Greek yogurt
Cinnamon on top for flavor
Sorry for the lack of beauty in my final product, but you just throw all of it into a bowl and stir. Not much I could do to make that more aesthetically pleasing - plus I was hungry and excited to eat it. Let me know what you think if you try it!
