With my berry mix that I portioned out in my video on You Tube, I mostly blended them into Chocolate Shakeology because that. is. delicious. Dipping berries into bites of this delicious yogurt was a good option. I put a couple bites on toast with a dollop of yogurt and they looked all fancy like. I took a couple of pics with my iPhone, I can post it in the comments.
I also had cut up one head of cauliflower and one head of broccoli, sliced some carrots and portioned them out with the green container from 21 Day Fix. I stored them in ziplock baggies because I will snack on them raw or cooked and I wanted the option. For dinner, on the second weeknight since prepping, I prepared single servings of quinoa in a small skillet with some Pacifico Vegetable Stock and added some fresh tomato and the already portioned out broccoli and cauliflower and let it cook for about 20 minutes on medium heat - covered. It makes life so much easier if you are trying to log your food on apps like My Fiutness Pal, or Lose It! I was able to input my meal as 1/4c Cooked Quinoa (one yellow container) 1/2 cup California Blend, 1/2 raw tomato, and served with 4oz of Ahi Tuna Steak. I seasoned it only with Chili Pepper and topped the entire dish with a table spoon of chia seeds.
